Is it me or is this a new trend when people are in denial, they blame the fake news?

Not long ago, Disney warned that its bottom line was hurting so it would pull the Disney movies off Netflix.  The stock price went down.  Fake news fault.

Hurricane Irma may hit Florida; therefore it may cause damages in its theme parks there.  The stocks went down again.  Fake news fault.

I woke up this morning and weighed myself.  I gained 2 pounds and Disney hit the 2017 new low.  Fake news fault.  Why?  It upset me so I ate more to make myself happy.
